Virtual training Commerce card formalities: A business card is required by Iranian law for importers and exporters of goods. In Iran, only merchants who have a business card can participate in import and export. Includes: Explaining the duties of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and its value chain – Receiving a business card and how to use it – Explaining the rules and regulations of tax and social security insurance – Explaining the rules and regulations of export and import, customs, customs clearance, Payments, Export Management, Insurance, Transportation and Inspection – Apply the principles of professional ethics and competence in business. In commercial companies, the relevant business card is issued in the name of the responsible manager of the company.
Businessmen who apply for a business card must submit their business information to the Chamber of Commerce according to the forms printed by the Chamber of Commerce and be introduced by two members of the Chamber of Commerce. The issuance of a business card to foreign merchants and companies is subject to a reciprocal transaction. That is, foreign merchants are given a business card if their country also allows Iranian merchants to do business.
Required tips for receiving a business card
- Signing a duplicate declaration of office closure and three sheets of business card declaration and if the company is stamped on it
- Signing the power of attorney of the relevant lawyer by the person and in case of being a company, stamping the company on the signature of the CEO
- Payment of 500,000 Rials as a fee and deposit of company registration and attorney’s fees
- Provide a copy of the identity card for the personal card and provide a copy of all company documents and the official newspaper and a copy of the CEO’s identity card for the company
