Virtual legal education for capitalists has been created for people to become fully acquainted with the legal expertise of capitalists. In this course, we will analyze the Iranian stock market and teach zero to one hundred stock exchanges. This course also teaches trade law, trade law, and what international trade means.

What is a stock?
Stocks are one type of securities, securities are a type of financial instrument. In principle, you buy a part of a company’s shares by paying a sum, so that depending on the number of shares you have bought, you own that company, or in other words, you become its shareholder. In fact, if we divide all the company’s capital into equal parts, each part is called a share.

By buying a share, you acquire the ownership of a stock exchange company, or you become a shareholder of that company. On the other hand, in addition to owning a company, you also receive benefits. You need a lot of capital to own a company outside of the stock market.

Investment methods:
Investment is done in two main ways.
1- Direct (individual) investment: The person directly invests and undertakes two stages of the investment process, including securities analysis and management.

2- Indirect investment (institutional): In this method, financial intermediaries are the investor’s interface with the investment plan. Types of financial intermediaries include banks, financial and credit institutions, insurance companies, pension funds, and mutual funds. Financial intermediaries make money by issuing financial rights, by committing themselves and offering them to capital market participants and then investing these funds.
