Designing Hydraulic Systems E-Learning
Virtual training in hydraulic systems design is designed for people to become fully acquainted with industrial control. Hydraulics is an interdisciplinary engineering course that deals with practical methods of using pressurized fluids. Hydraulic systems, which are one of the two general components of fluid energy systems (the other type is pneumatic). They are used to transfer energy. The advantage of hydraulics over mechanical and electrical energy transfer methods is the ability to increase force during transmission and change direction quickly. Because in hydraulics, energy transfer is done with the help of hydraulic fluid and fluids are generally malleable and can be passed through any path.
This course introduces the basic principles and operation of hydraulic systems. This course consists of 4 sections including various topics of hydraulic systems as follows:
- Part 1 (Introduction): This is an introduction to power transmission methods with specific details about the fluid strength used in hydraulic systems, then highlighting the main differences between hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Section 2 (hydraulic circuits and symbols): Here you will be able to identify the basic components of the hydraulic system and the criteria for selecting those parts. Then you will get information about closed and closed hydraulic circuits and you will recognize the difference and durability. I understand different hydraulic symbols that will help you in reading the drawings of hydraulic circuits.
- Section 3 (Details of hydraulic system components): In this section we will talk about the details of each of the components of a conventional hydraulic system, their main roles and functions by updating the hydraulic signals as they progress.
- Section 4 (troubleshooting and maintenance of the hydraulic system): This is the last section in this course. And here you can understand the dangers of hydraulic energy and how to deal with these dangers safely. We then highlight the common contaminants found in most hydraulic systems. Then we will talk about troubleshooting the hydraulic system.
