Application Of Physiology In Football (II) E-Learning
Virtual training in the use of anatomy in the football industry (II), has been created to fully acquaint people with the physiology of football. Exercise Physiology is the science that studies the response of the body’s organs to regular physical activity (exercise). In fact, exercise physiology deals with what happens to the body during exercise and how stress caused by exercise changes the function of various organs and systems in the body.
Physiological responses to the game, in fact, indicate the physical needs of the game. The nature of this game is such that the direct recording of everything, except the beat, is accompanied by difficulty and doubt.
Aerobic requirements:
Footballers have a great need for aerobic energy production systems and pathways, and this has a clear impact on their success. In the same study, the heart rate of several male and female soccer players was measured during the game. The usual number of beats is always more than 150 beats per minute, and up to about two-thirds of the game time, more than 85% of the maximum beats. Given the nature of the game, this concept corresponds to the aerobic requirement of about 85% of maximum oxygen consumption.
Anaerobic requirements:
It is more difficult to estimate the player’s anaerobic needs. The most common way to measure it is to use blood lactic acid measurements. If the level and intensity of the game is higher, especially in the first half, more intense lactic reactions will follow.
Although these values are relatively good, these figures are probably lower than the actual anaerobic contribution. These values show the average share of the anaerobic system in the energy supply of footballers. In some disciplines, blood lactate levels can be as high as 15 mmol per liter, and in some other disciplines they may be lower than football values.
Virtual training courses on using anatomy in the football industry (II):
Physiological analysis of the musculoskeletal system (cognition and mechanism)
Examination of the physiology of the hypertensive system
Examination of the physiology of the respiratory system
Examination of the physiology of the gastrointestinal tract and urine
Prerequisites for applying the course of anatomy in the football industry (II):
This course does not require any special prerequisites and the course is taught from the beginning.
