Muffin Builder #5778
Advanced concrete technology virtual training has been created for people to become fully acquainted with advanced concrete technology. In this period, we will not worry about the design of concrete elements, but instead, we will be deeply immersed in the basic properties and behaviors of concrete as concrete complexes in place. Please note this course covers the properties of concrete and not the design of reinforced concrete elements. We designed this course for early engineers who want to take their knowledge of concrete to the next level, but do not have time to search for textbooks and facts or try to get to the site. Gain real-time while stuck in the office all day.
What is concrete?
Concrete (French: Béton), from the Latin root (Latin: Bitume) in a broad sense refers to any material or compound that is composed of an adhesive with cementitious properties. This adhesive is generally the result of the interaction of hydraulic cement and water. Even today, such a definition of concrete encompasses a wide range of products.
Concrete can be made from different types of cement as well as pozzolans, kiln slag, additives, sulfur, concrete additives, concrete polymers, concrete fibers, etc. Also in its construction may be used heat, water vapor, autoclave, vacuum, hydraulic presses and various compactors. In a way that today we see the use of different types of concrete with different materials, each of which has its own properties and uses. In the advanced concrete technology training course developed by the Iranian Virtual Education Foundation with a variety of processing methods, You will get acquainted with concrete and its properties.
