The usual number of beats is always more than 150 beats per minute, and up to about two-thirds of the game time, more than 85% of the maximum beats. Given the nature of the game, this concept corresponds to the aerobic requirement of about 85% of maximum oxygen consumption.

Anaerobic requirements:
It is more difficult to estimate the player’s anaerobic needs. The most common way to measure it is to use blood lactic acid measurements. If the level and intensity of the game is higher, especially in the first half, more intense lactic reactions will follow.

Although these values ​​are relatively good, these figures are probably lower than the actual anaerobic contribution. These values ​​show the average share of the anaerobic system in the energy supply of footballers. In some disciplines, blood lactate levels can be as high as 15 mmol per liter, and in some other disciplines they may be lower than football values.
