Basic Internet Network Operator E-Learning

Introductory Internet Carver Virtual Tutorial: The word internet (in lower case) used to mean “continuous motion” as a verb or adjective, but was later renamed Internetwork when the Internet was created. The word is made up of two parts, Inter and Network. As you know, the prefix Inter is usually used to mean “between”, like International. From the combination of these two words, Internetwork means “between networks”. The word was later abbreviated to the Internet. Other names for the Internet include The Net and The Internet.

The Internet is a global network, so it would be difficult to understand the meaning of “network” without knowing it. A network is a number of interconnected computers that are interconnected and capable of transmitting data and information. Suppose several friends are sitting in the same room, each of whom actually represents “a computer.” In this group, all people are in touch with each other and are able to speak and convey their words to others. This group is called a network. A network can have 2 computers or an infinite number of computers!
