Virtual training of criminal procedure, criminal procedure is a set of rules and regulations for detecting a crime, prosecuting the accused, preliminary investigation, mediation, peace between the parties, how to proceed, issuing a verdict, ways to challenge the verdict, execution of verdicts, determination of duties and powers of officials Judiciary and judicial officers and observance of the rights of the accused, the victim and the society are imposed. Criminal proceedings must be documented by law. Guarantee the rights of the litigants. And its rules shall apply equally to persons who are prosecuted on equal terms for the commission of similar offenses.

The new Code of Criminal Procedure was passed in 1992 in 570 articles and in 7 sections. And with the passage of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Armed Forces and Electronic Procedure in 1993 and its addition as sections eight to twelve of the said law, the new Code of Criminal Procedure to date, has practically 699 articles in 12 sections. Following this, finally in 1994, with the approval of the law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, changes were made in some articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure approved in 1992. (Same as 570 original articles) to complete the evolutionary process of this law.
