Virtual training in the use of gymnastics in football has been created to fully acquaint people with the use of gymnastics in football. Gymnastics is a sport that falls into the category of physical fitness disciplines in which movements require strength, physical flexibility, agility, balance and coordination of body parts. The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) was founded in 1881 in Liege, Belgium. At the end of the nineteenth century, men’s gymnastics competitions were popular enough to be held at the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. In the 1920s, women participated in organized gymnastics events. The first Women’s Olympic Games were elementary and included only a few disciplines. The Games were held in 1928 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The invention of television had a great impact on the spread of gymnastics in the new era. Currently, in most countries of the world, significant international competitions are displayed by two groups of male and female gymnasts.

What is the right age to start gymnastics?
The appropriate age to start gymnastics is 5 years and above. And in this period, until the age of 9, gymnastics should only have the aspect of play and fun for your child. Your child should not exercise for more than 2 hours every day of the week. This causes excessive fatigue and pressure on the bone growth plates. Every sport other than gymnastics follows this pattern and should not be over-emphasized at a young age.
