Virtual notary public training: “Notaries” are one of the oldest legal institutions in Iran that perform part of their government duties and is also an institution under the auspices of the “State Property and Deeds Registration Organization” and affiliated to the Ministry. The judiciary operates and is governed independently and without financial dependence on political sovereignty. People often refer to them as notaries or clerks. The Registrar is a person who manages the notaries or marriage and divorce offices and is selected according to the proposal of the State Property and Deeds Registration Organization. This institution has received special attention in all historical eras after Islam and its regulations have been frequently changed. In the Society of Historians, Khajeh Rashid al-Din Fazlullah Hamedani, special regulations were formulated for the preparation of documents and for the first time, the establishment of a transaction registration office was envisaged. But this important matter was not institutionalized until the advent of the constitution.
