The cucumber is an annual plant that has about 30 species recorded in Asia and Africa. Cucumber cultivation is done in two ways, direct and seedling. It is better to use the seedling method to facilitate the growth and strengthening of the plant. In this method, pitman and cocopeat are used in specific proportions in the seedling tray. Ideally, after 3 to 6 days of germination and a month later, the seedlings can be transferred to the mainland. Cucumber cultivation time should be taken according to the climatic conditions of the region.
