Total body resistance exercises (TRX): It was in 2011 that Mr. Henrik was on a mission in the United States on a US submarine that invented TRX. In that long-term mission, he and his soldiers were confined to ample space and deprived of bodybuilding equipment. This caused a complication in their body.
